Survive & Profit: Build/Rent/Sell

David A. Clinger & Associates, land planning firm, and Godden-Sudik Architects teamed together to design a series of six MH, MANSION HOMES for diverse markets in multiple price ranges.

The original 3-plex condos, developed in the Denver, Colorado area where they sold out quickly, are being designed in eight additional states.  Units range from 1450 to 1900 square feet.  Each unit comes with an attached garage.

In an effort to meet this recession “head on,” our team developed a series of CMH, CLUSTER MANSION HOMES, ranging from 750 to 1500 square feet.  These smaller units, built in impressive clusters, may be rented for cash flow during this recession and converted to condos when our for-sale communities recover.

Not just another condo/apartment project, our designs convey the look and feel of a semi-custom home community.  Each elevation, High Country, Craftsman, French Country, Farmhouse and Contemporary, utilize stone, stucco and hardboard siding to provide variety in styling typically not found in production housing.

In addition our design team developed AAMH, four-unit ACTIVE ADULT MANSION HOMES with access to second-floor units from a shared residential elevator.

At the lower end of this series, the design team designed PMH, four-plex PINWHEEL MANSION HOMES at 14-16 dwelling units per acre.  These PMH also have the look and feel of elegant, tasteful single-family homes.  Each unit ranges from 750 to 950 square feet, suitable for long-term rental or sale.
